Default LOL .. did you think the "easy" top of motor mods will make up for bigger turbos ;p

Default nah, not really - the project is done and it works pretty well, i just need to get around to fixing

a part of the N249 plumbing i broke when i took everything apart. right now im just bypassing the N249 valve entirely.

the project was a pain in the ass, but i learned a lot from it and i eventually met all the goals i started with. the car runs great, and it actually holds more timing to redline now.

i wouldnt reccomend it to anyone else though, i'd originally hoped to keep costs under what a replacement spider would run - i went way over that in buying stuff to replace the stuff that didnt fit right. worst part is, i ended up using most of the original stuff in a different configuration.

Default good luck.. I just paid $100 for the tube/hose assembly today

I broke the black plastic line under the coolant reservoir and finally bought a new one from the dealer today. It's pn 4B0-201-935-E for my '00.
