Default water/methanol injection BT: i know some of you use the Aquamist set up. how about Boost Cooler?

is that any good? whats your experience with either system?

Boost Cooler

looks like the Boost Cooler Stage-2 MAF would be the best solution.

sorry i haven't STFA so i'm not sure if this has been discussed.

Default that kit is from snow performance and works great. i am going to order it soon but my buddy...

has it on his high hp vett right now and is working out great for him. i need it since these damn temps in cali are so hot during the summer months, the only time you can go to the track is at night and im hoping with a water/methonal set up my iat's will be cold enough to help with power on the hot days.

Default I used that kit on my S2 and past S4 and it worked very well but the tank needs to be twice that...

size for track use.

Default Or get the trunk mounted 7qt tank

I wish I saw this stuff before I went with Aquamist and saved myself $300-400

Default I have one. Works good. You'll need the one way check valve or a solenoid....

Funkweasel suggested a 100cc accumulator as well. I tapped into the stock washer bottle. I usually go though a gallon of water per every 1.5 -2 tanks of gas. I got the boost variable controller and it's very accurate. The quick disconnects for the tubing are very cool as well. A very nice kit and super easy to install. The pump and jets are significantly bigger than the aquamist set up. The auquamist pump is about the size of a fist while the boost cooler is an rv shower pump about the size of a starter. If you have a 2000 s4 you can pop off the steering pump cover and mount it on a bracket right above the connectors. Fits perfectly under the hood and is easily accessed.

Default What are you using for a mixture?

Personally, I have been just using standard (cheap) blue windsheild washer fluid
