What logs should I run to check if O2s are good/bad?

Depends on your setup. Usually around 0.88 v in higher rpms under WOT...
The higher the voltage the richer you are running...unless your O2s are on the way out in which case they would probably drop in voltage (indicating a false lean situation which would then trigger more fuel to be dumped and then an excessive rich situation). STFA for some logs of other peoples' data. Keep in mind the difference between narrow and wide band though.
