Some more good Info here -->> Bosch / Volvo "Green Giant" fuel injector info

TT225 injectors a shot - 386cc @ 3 Bar
Bosch p/n: 0 280 155 892

It's been suggested that the new injectors AWE is using are the Bosch "Green Giant" injectors, commonly used as OEM parts in the Volvo R cars.

Here's the info i've been able to find on this injector:

Bosch part number 0 280 155 968
310.0 g/min flow @ 3 Bar
12.0 Ohms resistance
EV6 design type
Dual spray
Long body

Compare this to the commonly used Bosch / Ford Motorsport "Greentop" injectors:

Bosch part number 0 280 150 558
Ford Racing part number M-9593-F304
326.8 g/min flow @ 3 Bar
14.5 Ohms resistance
EV1 design type
standard body

Both injectors use Bosch 9 122 067 011 connector types.

I'll post back if i can find more detailed specs on spray patterns.

BTW:
FPR is boost-controlled; Idle ~ 45psi, WOT ~ 78psi (^) - These are actual #s from an in-cabin gauge on the line at the fuel rail.

These are good info for the archives. I like to have a complete injector list/info so everyone can use them easily and not have to search all over for them.

Thank you,
Edy

Default You are leaving out mine, which idle fabulously, are cheap, AND get this----->

According to Bosch the EV6 injector is *lighter* than the EV1;-)
*disclaimer* the connector seal has to be removed to make the EV1 connector slide on to an EV6 injector far enough.

Default This is a visually informative post, thank you.

I wonder what the green tops look like a 4bar.

The spray pattern of the green tops looks finer and wider than the Delphis but, that is 3bar vs. 4bar.

Looks like the stock injectors provide a mist that may be more optimal to better atomization.
