Default Clear corner mod - some tips to future DIYers

First off the DIY for clear corners posted by Jasyn Chen was excellent. Thank you.

I just finished this and have some thoughts...

1 - If you have something to melt a small hole through the back instead of drilling through it, you won't have to deal with all the little black bits that seem to static cling all over. Unfortunately, I didn't think of this until I was done. Doh!

2 - After I made the hole, I used a screw driver to break the tabs. I would recommend this. Just make sure you have a small flathead screwdriver and that you get it all.

3 - Instead of snipping the orange insert, I found that taking 2 pairs of needle nose plyers and breaking off pieces created a cleaner break and way fewer annoying, tiny orange specks.

4 - I'm not as crazy about the Sylvania Silverstar bulbs as some. I guess I'll try the spray paint method on the stock 3157 bulbs...

No matter how you do it, it looks great. Good luck to future owners!
