Default Long Overdue Noggy Update (BWW)

I finally got a chance to log the Noggy with ECUx for the first time in several months or so!!! I was so excited to get some data logged that I settled for an uphill stretch of freeway. Also note that these pulls were done in a very chilly 26F.

Basic mod list: K03 X chip, OEM K04s, Piggie Pipes + Milltek 3" cat-back, RS4 MAF housing (hitachified), ~38# Delphi injectors (~500 cc/min @ 4.7bar), 4.7bar crushed FPR, RS4 ICs, port/polished/coated exhaust manis, ported/polished intake mani and TB, MBC only, TCD, nothing else major I can think of.

Boost: ~23 PSI peak tapering to ~21 PSI near redline

LTFTs: B1 @ idle (1.7%), B1 @ part (fluctating between -5.5 and -7.0), B2 @ idle (0.9), B2 @ part (fluctuating between -5.5 and -7.0)

Before tonight, I've never seen 280+ g/s. The turbos are absolutely loving this weather apparently....

MAF and Timing:

Timing Correction:

02 Voltages:

Overall, I'm pretty happy. I'd log to get a run on flat ground so I can see what she's capable of in this type of weather.

Oh, almost forgot that I looked at block 046 and 047 after seeing Gustas' post earlier. 046 (bank 1) displayed .23 and 047 (bank 2) displayed .18 FWIW. I'm not sure what to make of this other than to say stock cats pass with flying colors and are restrictive. Note that the right most column displyed "Test OFF" the entire time. I tried looking at it both on the way to and from school, same readings that wouldn't budge. Anything else to conclude from this?

Default Good stuff man! Your usual logging spot? Yes, the weather makes the car very happy! I ...

dialed my boost back a hair to 22-22.5 peak, tapering to 21.

The car feels strong as ballz!

Default Nice.

Your car rules teh consistency. It gets a bit more or less faster with regards to ambient but it's *the* benchmark for a fast K04 car.

Good job, as usual.

Default Your cats are efficient, not sure if they restrict though. Your car is just too fast.

On the cars I diagnose, the catalytic converter test is not a "continuous monitor". Once the test is run, the ecu doesn't look at them again until the proper drive cycle criterea are met. That does not apply if the cats aren't there or don't catalyze at all. In that situation they will attract the eye of the ecu quickly.
An example of a continuous monitor would be what in Fordspeak is called the "comprehensive component monitor" which will throw a cel asap if you leave something unplugged, or if an o2 sensor doesn't work for example.

Default Are you happy with your O2's being between .87-.88 as opposed to .86-.87.

Default Thanks for the kind words, fellas. Here is the HP estimate (thank you Nye, great site!)....

Note the SAE correction (lowered curb weight and temp). Before correction, estimated HP of 465.xx IIRC.

Nye, you still haven't removed those "questionable" logs.

P.S.- Now that I have ECUx, Lemmi, and VAG up and running on my laptop again, I will start playing around with different fuel settings (my plan is to continue the lean out process and see what results).
