 Just negate the MBC portion if not desired. This setup is what is called MBC in "series".

so the n249 doesn't control the bpv's and dump boost when it's bad.
my n249 is bad and it's holding my bpv's shut until I almost get into boost. I believe it's also causing a slight hesitation at low psi.

Don't you mean its holding them open untill you get into boost?
