Default For the archives: O2 non-fouler mod does NOT work with Zoldman O2 sensors.

i bought the non-foulers (#42009) and i bought a 1/2" drill bit and a 5/8" drill bit. Using the 1/2", the opening is not large enough to fit the O2 sensor. Using the 5/8", the walls of the fouler became so thin that they were breaking and you could see through them. Im assuming my problems are because my O2 sensors are not stock? I dont know, but i'm a little disappointed, i really wanted to kill that CEL. later guys

Default i was under the impression that the spark plug non-foulers will only work with stock O2s

Default i stil think it would be too big. 1/2" is the most i would go, anything more and youre cutting into

the thread of the fouler

Default It has been confimed by others that the 5/8 is too big. BTW the stock sensors and the VAST ones....

are dimensionally identical. 15mm at the portion of the tip beyond the threads.
