Default Symptoms of bad cats?

Someone mentioned bad cats as a possibility of some hesitation I've been having and read that bad cats can resemble a vac leak.

I'll probably open them up Monday just to be sure. If they need replacing, I'd think that any high flow cat would work right?

Fwiw, I'm not throwing cat codes b/c of my own 02 non-fouler mod.. Oh, the irony.

Default it could cause some hesitation if your cats were to melt enough to cause restriction of the exhaust

flow but as far as testing them without pulling them off the car.....that's a tuuufffy :/

Default any high flow cats would work right?

as long as they're the same diameter as the DP's.
