I need to adjust my Xenon to a flatter angle. They are pointing too far down and I can only see about 20 feet in front of me. So should I use the Vag method or the manual adjustment?

I could sware you had to do both but this was a while ago. I remember it was something like install new lights, get on level ground, run vag, then adjust vertically.

Don't think there is any VAG functionality other than zeroing the sensor settings ie set the headlights with the car level(using the adjustment knobs on the housings and with the VAG plugged in in "learn" mode) and then tell the VAG you are done by progressing to the next block in VAG.
Headlight adjustments are done with the manual lens adjusters... just have to tell the car through VAG that these are the zero settings so it won't point the lights at the ground or sky if the car sensors are telling it to based on a bad zero measurement. |

to answer your question, you should really re-aim your headlights correctly, using the vag and manual levelers.
