Default This post should help you. All I did was STFA, though.

Default Yeah its fine, but you will have less light output without upgrading the ballasts...

Default i dunno.. I have 6000k's and light output is greater than 4300k oem.

or at least from my standpoint they are. I'm sure they are crazy bright with Euros.

I even drove around with one 4300k and one 6000k just to make sure but, imo, I can definitely say they're brighter than OEM.

Default prolly b/c they are aftermarket

my old ecodes with philips 4300K on my A4 were significantly brighter than my stockers on the S4. (of course the e-code lens is also better)
but they were 2 piece, so i wasnt about to put them on the S...
i still prefer 4300 because its whiter and supposed to be more usable light.

Default Well do you have ecodes?

Because i'm sure the light output is greater with ecodes. Everyone around here always says how terrible light output is with upgrading bulbs on the stockers and not doing a stage 3 lighting kit or upgrading to stronger ballasts.

Also which kit/bulbs do you have were did you get them from?
