Default ...OHLINS vs PENSKE (the verdict)..>>>

well after numerous emails with stasis/tomasz/ wrt the differences with each system, the verdict is in.....

...and the decision goes to........VOGTLANDS!......after much discussion with Tomasz and my wifes ultimatum to get a more compliant suspension, i have decided to take the plunge into vogtlands...from what tomasz has described and the fact that his pregnant wife liked them on her avant, i have decided to head the vogtland route.....

..which means if anyone is looking for a good deal on a set of tracksports 600/700 shoot me an email as i need to get rid of these asap

Default my wife never found my TS 600/700 unbearable...

In fact when she rode in it, I dont think she even noticed it. It's wife approved.

Default I live in Central Cali.

Freeways here are kinda so so. When we went to visit her parents in Huntington Beach those freeways were a little rougher, but she was fine with it. What she noticed was the lower ride height. Now she has her own Audi (A8L) but when she drives my car she just loves the feel.

Default some of the highways here are fairly smooth...

Since I live in a small podunk with farms, those rural roads can be brutal. But since it's so dead, makes a great place for high speed logging. I've always heard the roads on the east coast are beaten up but have never experienced it.
