Default Mike2kS4 - is it your contention that pulling the motor without the subframe is easier/better?

Default Hey Paul...

Thanks for those tickets man! We ended up not staying at your house that night. Traffic was NUTS getting into San Jose on Sat. so we just decided to drive back that night. But we did take some drinks to enjoy before the game! HAHA. I appreciate you offering your place to crash....Audi content...I walked out into your garage and said hi to the APR beast!

Default Just loosened the 4 bolts each on the DP's and unbolted the drive shafts on...

each side. Just as easy. Comes out easy. Like Mike, I have it down to a science!

Default yes, true...but you don't have to fudge around under the car as much yanking them. And as many

times you have to crawl under the dang car..a couple less times is great! And 2hours is pushing it...maybe like 3hrs. Paul was helping unbolt and unhook stuff also. But I can get an engine out fairly quickly now that I've done 4 or 5 swaps.
