Default Ok, I'm sick of STFA... What are the best brake pads for street use (no track) in stock calipers...

I've found tons and tons of info in the archives, and have spent a few hours reading through it al, but pretty much its just people saying the pads they are running are good (but not great) or people asking about pads for BBK's and/or track days. Here's what I am looking for (something different than that):

I would like a pad that will stop very well in average to spirited street driving conditions, doesn't become negatively effected by rain, doesn't produce a lot of dust (or at least has easily removed dust), won't chew through my rotors, and that has connections to the OEM brake sensors.

I need to order them over this weekend. What would you suggest? Thanks.

Default So far I really like the PBR/Axxis Metal Master pads. Very little dust, and better initial bite.....

Than stock. I have not really run them hard enough to tell you about fade.

Default Why do you expect to get different info in this thread?

All the info you read is likely the best you're going to find.

Default I like my Pagid Black's for the street, and seem to meet your criteria nicely.

Default Because, like I said, most of the threads I found were for BBK's and/or track use.

Default they squeek like nails on a chalk board after any hard braking at all. or just after just 25k of

driving on them. other then that they are a decent street pad, they have saved my ass more then a few times as the initial bite is pretty good its just not very repeatable.

Default Mintex Red Box. Very little dust and performance equal to stock.
