Clarkson rips our cars though, calling them "fairly terrible" and....
stating that the new Rs4 is a "lemon sorbet" whereas S cars of the past are "like a turbocharged spot of dick". Ouch.

He called the M3 a lemon sorbet. Anyways, get over it, he ends up calling the RS4 a biblical car..
...with one of the greatest engines ever made. If Audi can get those words out of Mr. Clarkson, that's pretty flipping impressive. And may I quote:
Richard Hammond: "You do know that the next M3 will have a V8 engine.." Clarkson: "Yes, but it would have to come with a free moon in order to even come CLOSE to this car (speaking of the RS4)." You people need to chill.

Clarification of your quote...
He doesn't refer to S4s specifically, he refers to hot Audi A4s as "fairly terrible."
Jeremy Clarkson says: "A BMW M3, that was a lemon sorbet. Fast Audi... more a sort of turbocharged spotted dick."

I'm not "unchill". I don't give a feck what he calls my car to be honest.
I just thought it was funny that he dismissed our cars as such. I even tend to agree with him if that makes you feel any better. Stock, our cars suck.
