With just K04s..more power or no?

There was a post on this awhile back but I can't find it.

I am debating it with someone.

Assuming just a turbo change from K03 to K04. (no other changes, stock s4)What would be the power change?

then you'll make the same power at 17psi at 3000rpm with the K04's. The difference, however, is that k03's taper rapidly and hold what, 10-12psi at redline? whereas k04's with stock fueling can hold that 17psi all the way to the rev limiter...which means, guess what? more power. This is assuming you have a chip as well, which I suppose isn't strictly "ko4's only."

Just due to efficiency. For $50 worth of MBC and TCD you could make an easy 50hp over a chipped K03 car.
