Default K04s and inlets have been ordered! Stage 3- question inside...

I really don't have the money to be doing this so I can't believe that I actually ordered them. This is a big deal of money for me to spending with my other more important financial obligations (Family and house).

I intend on using the K04s with APR K03 software.

1) Can I do this with just a 5 bar FPR and a MBC in parallel? Do I need to have a TCD?

2) Does a Stage 3- produce anymore power compared the same software but with the original K03s?

3) What should I be setting the MBC to hold at? The same that the peak was at when on K03s?

Thanks.

Default I don't suppose you're interested in an APR chip and happen to have a GIAC one :P.

Default well ko4's with weak boost would be lame. a stage 3- should be able to do 16-17psi at redline

Default Right now I'm an APR stage 3- (k03 software). No TCD, MBC or 5 bar FPR

car seems to run perfectly fine. It does seem to be on the slow side for a 3- though... I'm sure it could use some lemmitweaks (i don't know jack about tweaking so I haven't messed with it).

Default I STFA (I guess not properly) and thought 3- had to have MBC and TCD...

Now it's looking like I don't need either? This is good news for me. Simpler and cheaper the better. Do I still need the 5 bar FPR?

Default I asked DAP (he ran this same setup before) and he said no.

As long as you aren't running an MBC only then it seems APR tapers boost enough (and doesn't spike enough) to warrent a 5bar.
