Default if you're not tracking the car, the best value is a good set of pads and new brake fluid...

Default i vote for alcons. I have stoptechs and they are nice but if I were to buy again I would get alcons

the paint on the stoptechs absorbs color easily and they stain. plus i HATE the bridge system. good value and GREAT customer service though.

alcons are more my style. I got stoptechs b/c I was on a tighter budget, if I could have I would have bought alcons

Default i'm totally against the Cayenne brakes, but nothing stands out more then those...

...stoptech's are great brakes for $2k. Nothing wrong with anything.

I personally think you'll be getting better pedal feel in the Alcon's since they are a monobloc design.

Defintitely better feel if you go 6 piston Alcon's.

If you're running 18's or 19's, get some 14.5" 6piston Alcons, they are the biggest i know of for the S4, despite how large the Cayenne brakes look.

Default Alcons are certainly better, but I think "Value" goes to the Stoptechs...
