For those (few) of you who have the Bilstein PSS9s, where is the adjustor knob located upon install?

I'm probably just not that familiar with suspensions, but where would the adjustor be located? Is it accessible with the wheels still on the car? Can or should access holes be drilled to get to the knobs?
