Default Folks that installed RNS or played with the Gauge cluster wiring

There are extra pins that one should use to get the CANbus working with the RNS, how does one get those pins out? Not much light, my eyes are aging and I am not grasping how the pin should slide out.

Just looking for a quick, "the small hole above the wire/connector, put something small in that hole press then pull the unused/wire ocnnector out.

Help, I've destroyed one, only have a few left to actually use as spares (if I can get them out without any more destruction

Thanks

Default Push the little lock pin(access through the small window(s) in the plug) and pull it out.

Default Lol, get a small flathead screwdriver, press it in the little slot and pull the pin out of the top..

Don't remember it being difficult but ya never know what talent others have hehe. Call me if needed, I'll email the number and will be up a bit.

Default Different connector? these pull from the bottom, Gauge cluster pins?

Anyways, I said screw it after I finally added enough light to the issue and saw how the pins were to pull out. However putting a small pinted device directly in and trying to pull down on the blank connectors did not work. although I can now pull wires in and out at will... Now I need the part number for the small female connectors that go with the Gauge cluster wiring..

Default Yes but they don't they still have a release, just going to find the part numbers and order more

connectors if possible. Or pay someone for 2 of their spares, since I don't believe i can get mine out now, think I jacked them up inside the lil window
