Default Installing H-Sport rear...which is the soft setting?

The hole at the end of the bar or the one farther in along the length of the bar? Thanks!

Default Closest to the end is the soft setting, IIRC.

Default I noticed my RR lower control arm is a bit loose. How do I tighten it?

It has no allen hole to let me hold the ball joint and keep it from turning.
