Default I know TIP FATS times has been disscussed before but i dont ever remember....

a definitive answer has ever been reached. I would love to get some times recorded when iget my car back from with all my goodies finally installed I can hit 60 in 2nd because of the different gearing. anyone have some thoughts on this?

Default I measured block 005 to figure out what RPM range would be applicable to TIPS.

The problem with block 005 is that the only useful measurements are speed and RPM.

Just do a full 3rd gear run measuring the block of your choice and calculate your FATS based on an RPM range of 4000 rpm to 6200 rpm. This is substantiated by rktskicar's link. 6-speeds usually use 4300 rpm as their basis.
