Default Did some logging tonight with new injectors and FPR (long, bww)

As many of you know, I've been running homebrew stage 3 with bluetop injectors @ 5bar (~488cc/min) for quite a while. With this setup, I was having some minor misfire issues at idle. Because of this, I decided to buy another set of injectors to increase headroom (injector duty cycles have been high with the 36# bluetops) while also seeing if the injectors were the cause of the misfires.

I decided to go with 38# Delphi injectors (thanks again, Mike2KS4) @ 4.7 bar (thanks again for the kickass custom FPR crushed to my specification and the LATE LATE LATE night injector/FPR swap, Piggie), which would theoretically flow ~500cc/min. The combination of replacing FPR and injectors solved my misfire issues. Piggie believes the misfires were from my FPR and that the injectors are perfectly fine, but either way they are sitting on the shelf and I now have more headroom so I'm a *very* happy camper.

The injectors went in less than 24 hours ago. Since then, I've only put ~50 miles on the car. With that said, I think I've got the car tweaked quite well alerady. Here are my current Lemmiwinks settings:

Sorry the print-screen shot is so small. Here are the tweaks channel by channel....

Ch.1 -> +20
Ch.2 -> 90.6%
Ch.3 -> 75.0%
Ch.6 -> -1
Ch.9 -> +1.5
Ch.10-> -16.6%
Ch.14-> +2

FWIW, I only had 12.5% primary pulled with the bluetop injectors. The increased headroom is evident by the new primary fuel setting of -16.6%. I made the mistake of not logging fuel injector on time tonight, but I will get around to it soon in order to show how the duty cycles have dropped with the new fueling setup.

And now the graphs for you visual people:

MAF and Timing (~22.5 PSI peak tapering to ~20 PSI):

Correction Factors:

02 Voltages:

As always, comments and questions are welcome. Happy motoring!

Default There are many out there making similar or more power with bluetops@5bar (KOpork, Verruckt, etc)....

It's not that they don't flow enough for me, but I'd prefer more headroom (lower duty cycles) just for peace of mind.

Default They all have pretty nice patterns. I watched Piggie test 6-8 different injectors, all nice.
