With boost set at 20.5 psi and tapering to 18.5 psi as measured by the map sensor,I got 42 psi of turbine inlet pressure past~6000 rpms.
Relevant hardware includes Apr downpipes with test pipes, some kind of Apr catback with resonator removed and replaced with a Magnaflow straight-thru can. The turbos have zero clearance cold sides and extrude honed hot sides. Not sure what effect, if any the turbo mods would have.

I'm guessing your hot-side work has evened out the TIP from the increased boost level of your K04's over stock settings. I believe a stock K04 running at designed boost levels should stay around 2:1 TIP/Manifold pressure ratio.
It'd be interesting to see what my car, with EH and clearancing, measures out at... especially given the prodigious cold-side flow numbers I'm seeing. Also, keep in mind pressure drop over the IC's when figuring these calcluations from MAP readings. |

I have a few friends with K04 and K04 hybrids of varying spec that I could check out too.

I've got no money in it, and I've seen what I need to see already.
