Default Stg 3 gains using rs4 intake parts...

What king of gains can be expected from using stuff like the rs4 Y-pipe, intake manifold w/ tbb, cams and MAF. I know certain programs are designed to work with different pieces but I am trying to determine the advantages of using the different parts with Stg 3. Are they worth getting or are there better upgrades for the money?
Also what are various peope using for a air intake on stg3. I know the usual products like Evo, S-flow and even stock (which I am currently running) I am looking to get the X-1 ricer intake when he gets hi CF supplier sorted out.

Default I believe Jamie Carter lost something like 30ft-lbs of torque with the RS4 intake manifold & TB.
