Default Is there much difference between a rs4 airbox and the stock airbox?

Anyone have pictures of a rs4 airbox?

Default RS4 airbox connection to MAF housing is larger...

if you're running stock or AWE MAF housing you probably don't want to upgrade. I THINK it might have a slightly larger volume as well...otherwise they're pretty similar.

Default They're the same basic shape, but...

the top has a larger connection to the MAF, the bottom has an auxiliary input. The two halves mate the same way - that is you can use the top of one and the bottom of the other, the same airfilter, etc.

RS4 on right:

Default After seeing from those pics how dirty the ignition amplifier plates can get...

it begs the question - should we be removing the amplifiers to clean (and electrical grease) that plate as part of routine maintenance?
