Here are some pics of the intercoolers installed on the car.
For now, the design will remain basically unchanged, except that the top outlet pipes will be made of madrel bent 2" aluminum pipe, instead of the mitred joint. The right side intercooler sits a little bit on an angle because the lower inlet pipe was made about 1/2" too short, and thus I had to "pull" the intercooler into the hose at the turbo outlet pipe.
