more ko4/16 logs / tuning on AWE KO4 code

Drove from Toronto to NYC today
Cops everywhere - was saved twice by slowly moving trucks

Posted last night on my first real attempt to lemmi tune my AWE KO4 Code for my Jacob KO4/16zc hybrids - up until now there was no tweeks

The dynoday I did at Yarrowsport many months ago the car dynoed well but had very poor timing

Last night I did a few logs and when I drove down today from Toronto to NY and I did some and tried not to kill myself and get arrested

Yesterday I logged +3 Primary

O2s (can see even with +3 fuel still not in the best level)

Timing (not the best)

Todays logs +7.5 Primary

O2s (little bit better but ??)

Timing (better but still lots of improvement potential)

O2s Compared

I did another change +9.99Primary but couldn't get any logs.

FATs time for +3 = 4.62
FATs time for +7.5 = 4.39

Obviously these times are so close with road grade / temperature / anything - this could be noise - however with the better timing and lower EGTs and very slight "power O2" levels I think it is better

Obviously to get Max power out of these Turbos, higher boost than GIAC KO4 code is asking or will be required. Going to try to first get the O2s were they shold be and then see where FATS goes to.

Major next step is probably a getting a TCD + EBC.

I think you're on the right track, but again you should look into *why* you're lean like that with such crap timing.

K04/RS6 with Extrude Honed (Both turbine inlet and Wastegate passage) and clearanced (8/10) Exhaust housings.

OE actuators adjusted to ~9.5psi.

*I* have come to the opinion that the K16 wheel is to large for the housing. I am probably going to get flammed off the board for saying that but thats my thought. I dont have any dyno data on my car but my MAF readings and ASS-O-METER readings say its slower.
