that way it won't go on your record. I have a friend who's an attorney and she gets out of all her tickets that way if they're not completely dropped.

ALWAYS contest it. ALWAYS. i've never had one NOT reduced. i do have one in state moving violation, but it's like 1 point. i'm still in 5 years good driver on my insurance.
