not sure if i'd do any kind of polishing/waxing on that yet...check with the detailing forum re: new paint htough...i could be completly wrong.

BTW, i've read that ston-gard can not be applied to fresh paint or it messes it up. not sure on the details, but they usually require 2 months of post painting time. sucks, cuz i'm getting a respray for the explicit reason of doing ston-gard.
i'm not sure how this will relate to tape, etc.??

StoneGuard is just a clearbra right? I don't plan on doing that, just taping it up...

used the blue tape every time I drive from Minnesota to Rhode Island (which is 3 times now) and the car came through scratch/chip free.
