A big thanks goes to Modified A4!
From some reason the o-ring that ETKA lists isn't correct....it's too big. I would suggest trying this o-ring: N 903 168 02 I took it out for a spin and it worked great, came on as it should. I'm not sure the thermoswitch operates exactly how I thought; but I know it closes above 93C, so it works really well for what is needed. The thermo-switch I pulled out was: 078 919 369 I checked and this sensor was superceaded by: 357 919 369F. Thanks again to Modified A4 for finding the part number and everyone else for making me look more into this.
