Default Interesting point...oil temp isn't in there.

Perhaps the oil temperature gauge is a wholey seperate gauge and doesn't go through the ECU at all.

Default Great!...more.... (EDITED)

This one, 357 919 369F (112C), is the stock unit. So anything above/around 112C is a waste of money.

I like this one: 021 919 369 (93/88C). This sensor is N.O. until 93C and then it will close. It opens again at 88C or below. Great temp range!!

I'll pick one up and try it out, hopefully it will seat correctly and seal. I'm also going to pick up a new o-ring, N 903 800 02.

FYI, I just called my local dealer:
021 919 369 - $27.86
N 903 168 02 - ~$2.00

Thanks!

Default im not quite understanding the temp analysis...

93/88C

you sure its a temp range and not a hysterisis range?

so i understand you...

whats the switch state at:

50C?
85C?
90C?
112C?

hint: i think you WANT the answers to be:

50C - open
85C - open
90C - closed
112C- closed
