Default Updated S4 Coilover Comparison from an old post of mine

Here are some options:

All are HEIGHT adjustable on-car.
All that have Damping adjustments (e.g. Compression & Rebound) are adjustable off-car

Maker: Spring Rate f/r | Damper | Adjustments | Drop f/r

1.) Koni A4(STaSIS): 420/390 | Koni twin-tube | rebound adj. | 0-2"/0-2"

2.) H&R Streets: 450/450(475Avant) | Gas charged | no adj. | 1-2"/1-1.75"

3.) H&R Ultras: 500/625 | Gas charged | no adj. | 1-3"/1-3"

4.) FK: 480/360 | Koni twin-tube | rebound adj. | 1.8-2.7"/1.8-2.7"

5.) Intrax: 445/362 | Gas charged | rebound & compression adj. | 0-3"/0-2.5"
EDIT: According to SPP this kit is not as described on the Intrax site and is in fact a Koni based twin-tube rebound adjustable only kit. An alternative 800/1100 autocross spring rate for this setup is also offered

6.) KW V1: 400/530 ?? | Inox twin-tube digressive | no adj. | 1.6-2.7"/ 1.6-2.7"
(V2 on-car rebound adj) (V3 on-car rebound and compression adj)

7.) Vogtland 670/630 | Twin Tube | Non-adj | 1.2-2.75"/1.2-2.75"

* coilover coil-over HR H&R Streets Ultra Ultras Koni STaSIS Street Sports FK KW V1 V2 V3 Intrax Vogtland spring rate rates height adjustment damping dampening shock shocks *

Default I never saw the KW's! Only saw it with the Koni shocks.

Those S4's that I have seen with KW's sit lower than the H&R's...even at max height (somewhere around 25.25" max).

Default a dismal 6....[edit]

Mark Havlinka
Jeff (if his StopTechs get installed)
Mo and his two buddies...

and me of course, as i can lead without a navigator.

of course only 6 means we go like hell! :-)

Tristan and his Bro Evan just confirmed too.
