And one more AWer narrowly escaped my wrath. Chip? Um, no. Brakes? Drum wouldn't surprise me. Suspension? Soft enough to not upset Grandma. Yet several folks just went in plainly overconfident and were handily beaten by an American family sedan with a bench seat in the front.
Motion to expel certain members from the S4 forum. All in favor?

Man.. you guys should have stopped by Fed Ex for the SCCA NAtional Tour... it was a great event with a HUGE, wideopen course... mucho fun! I think I might be going to Topeka for the national championships.... that would be major fun as well. I ended up 4th in class getting beat by 3 supercharged 2200lb Miatas putting 280HP to the wheels :/ |

it only beats them out when the index is used to lower its times on the track. I thought the point was to see what car is the fastest on the track head to head? The taurus was even 5.3 seconds slower then the slowest S4.

that's the fun of the indexing. Although going for FTD regardless of the index is a blast too.

Unfortunately, the fast family sedan was primer colored. Now, the silver boys will stand behind that as their icon.

I've never autocrossed...how do they determine the indexes? I assume it's like a handicap?
