in the rear - 3/4 inch drop....but the front looks like an ALLROAD - set on HIGH.
I shoulda gone with STaSiS....I'll have to ride out the winter....at least I don't have clearance problems =)

Unless all springs were tried with the same shocks, the drop measurements aren't that meaningful.
Also some of the springs listed are progressive, aren't they? In that case, the rates aren't constant over the entire compression range. -Dave Pramanik |

according to Shine...they tend to be way lower than advertised. But nice info nonetheless. Very nice tool for people to consult.
Matt...I would reccomend a coilover. The better setups I've ridden in have been coilover setups. Hard to be a well matched spring/shock combo. I'm probably going with the Motopersona custom rate H&R coilovers in the spring. 500F/625R. FOr an S4...these rates might not be what you want. Not sure where you want comfort vs performance now that the little on is here.

The heights were also measureed by me.
The OEM springs were pretty linear. As for the rest of the data - it was compiled based on what I have found searching the forums.

The only difference was new RS4 bump stops - I couldn't tell you the difference - but they were cheap anyway.
it all fit, just didn't work out as I hoped.

but a better educational tool for me.
As for my next step - probably a custom SRS coilover, unless I can find a good deal on those old hyperco springs or MTM/Eibach.
