My key would won't come out of the ignition...

Just picked up the car from the body shop. It looks and runs great....but when I got home I turn it off, put it in park (tiptronic) the key won't come out. Am I missing something here or did the bodyshop screw something up??

Should be a simple adjustment, not knowing the TIP at all!
