My key won't come out of the ignition.....HELP

I just picked up an 2002 S4 Avant that I had some bodywork done on....I never drove it before it was repaired. I get it home, turn off the ignition, put it in park (tiptronic) and the key won't come out. Am I missing something or did the bodyshop mess up.

I posted on the S4 side too but I am looking for answers every where. Thanks.

It's a basic thing, but just picking up a car, you're probably looking for the possibility of anything to be wrong.
