Default All terriers are that way. For small dags, they've got big caulk mentality.

Default one of the main reasons I'm not crazy about the idea

the other reason is that it's a dag.

Default But most small/medium dogs are like that anyway. They can't help instinct...

Most small dogs were bred for hunting small animals and are relentless. That comes out in their personalities. You just need to let them know who the alpha is and they'll be cool.

Default I know. If I were to want a dag (which I dont particularly) I would want a larger one.

with a more sedate disposition.

Default bigger dag means bigger $hits, more food, more hair and a lot more exercise

Little dags can be much more convenient

Default not really.

I feed my Bullmastiffs like 1 3/4- 2 cups of kibble a day. a little more than my neighbors chubby pom.

Quality food = less **** and solid
big **** = easier to pick up than little raisins in the grass

More hair, yes
More exercise not my breed. They just need a 1/2 mile or so and they're done.

Big dog really means BIG vet bills. They base all the meds on weight.
