LotusCorps Presents the 2011 Carl Grabowski Memorial Drivers Education Day

Monday, May 21st 2012

Please join us for our tenth annual Track Day at Blackhawk Farms Raceway in Rockton, Illinois. Note that this years early-bird registration deadline is March 24th, 2012. This event is expected to fill up fast, so don't delay, sign up now and save!

We're also offering easy online registration at the above web address. You can use either a credit card or PayPay, and fill in your entry form via the web and you're ready to go.

This is usually a great, low key event - so come join us! We may be small and low powered - but we're quick!

The information below is for anyone planning to attend, whether as a driver, instructor, volunteer, or spectator. Registered drivers will be receiving an additional entry packet via e-mail at a later date.

Schedule of Events

We will begin activities on the Sunday evening before the event, May 20th. Tech inspections will be conducted between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. in the parking lot of the official hotel:

Beloit, WI 53511

Mention Blackhawk Farms when calling the above hotel to obtain a discounted rate of $84 plus tax. You may also be able to book that rate online using the "Corporate/Promotional" code of R7Z at http://www.beloitfairfield.com

Rooms are also available at the nearby Holiday Inn Express, mention Blackhawk Farms for their rate of $94.46.

On Monday, the track gates will open at 7:00 a.m. for registration. Volunteer worker and instructor meetings will be held at 8:00 a.m. There will also be a mandatory drivers meeting at 8:30 a.m.
