Default Does anybody have a Citizen Navihawk watch....?

I need to do an "All Reset" - to synch up the digital & analog. Don't have my manual on me and I forgot how...

Any fellow Navihawk owners know off-hand the sequence of buttons to do it...?

Default I have a Navitach. I think it's: Pull stem all the way out and hit all buttons simultaneously.
