Default Yeah, thats what I was thinking... I'm at a big-5 firm, and we are polo/khaki's unless @ the client.

Which my client is a slacker anyhow, so I dont dress up for them anyhow.

Default like Monster, business casual is no tie and coat/slacks instead of suit.

khakis and polos are casual, right above jeans and t-shirts

Default I never liked those elastic thingy's on the side.

They remind me senior citizens who wear elastic/expandable waist pants for their active and leisure lifestyle.
