Default What term do people typically use on Motorcycle loans? 2 years? 3 years?

I know 5 years is pretty "typical" for an auto loan. I don't want to stretch it out too long, and get upside down, but I don't want to put too much of a pinch on my budget either.

(Haven't bought the bike yet, just doing my research)

Default I can get 7.99% from my Credit Union, but am tempted by the Kawasaki 6 months 0/0/0 offers.

Sometimes those interest free things are a major pain in the A$$... I know I'd have to make sure there's no payoff penalty....
