Default oil change story

had the oil changed yesterday at ken towery auto in Lexington ky $122 out the door. mobil 1 0w40. I had called and checked the price last week told 120. well after they changed the oil I was told that they would go ahead and honor the price I was told of 120 over the phone but next time it would be around 220. it was a lot harder than they thought the mgr said. so I guess I will be changing it from now on myself haha. walmart has the oil for $25.47 right now if anyone needs some good price. before the oil change I had a little tick in the engine very small could barely hear it. after the oil change gone quite as a church mouse. dealer had oil changed right before I bought car 3000 miles ago probably a cheap oil. but I guess that goes to show you you get what you pay for. I will be staying with the mobil 1 from now on

W*mart sometimes has the M1 0W40 on "price rollback" for $22.46 for the big 5 qt. jug.

It's quite a job to replace oil filter. May be not $170 job but not laughing matter either.
