Default Car jacking Attempt. Newark

So I drop my car off at Quattrohaus in Newark yesterday to get fixed. I wanted them to check out a missfiring issue. Anyway, I drop the car off at 9:00am and my friend takes me to work. i get a call around 2:30. "I have good news and I have bad news" I am thinking someone crashed into my car. "The good news. Only one bad coil we changed it and its fixed" The bad news. " Someone tried to steal your car and poped your lock. Turns out shortly after I left someone went over to my car and jammed a screw driver into my lock and f'd it up and my paint. So the guy next to the Audi place sees this and calls the mechanic at the audi place, he scares dude away. Guy who works in deli chases after these guys. He gets up next to there car on RT21 in downtown Newark and one guy points a shot gun at him. The guy backs off wisely and calls police. The police can't find them until they steal another car . The cops chase them through Irvington and the guys get away and crash the car. So it could have been worse. i have my car and quattrohaus is fixing the lock next week.

Default damn dude...i was there last wk, and thought about if anyone had their car broken into there...

while they were open. My car is always sitting outside their shop. Sorry to hear man. I wouldn't think the thieves would try pulling that off there.
