Default Purchasing an S5... confused about options

Hey Guys - I'm coming out of a lease on a 2011 335is in March and am leaning towards picking up a 2014 S5. I've read the MF is much more desirable on the Premium Plus over the Prestige for whatever reason. I went ahead and built both cars and on the Premium Plus, I added every single option so that it's equipped like the Prestige. Price as built on the Premium Plus is $62,950 and the Prestige is $64,800. I'm not seeing any differences as far as features go. Can someone help me? I saved the PDFs from the online configurator for both. Thanks for your help!

I have the exact same question. As far as I known, the only the prestige comes with adaptive headlamps, and you need a prestige to get the power rear window sunshade.
Any input from the owners?

(BTW, whats MF?)

when I read this post I also had the same question what is "MF".
In finance it means Mutual Fund, but on the street it has a different meaning

^So many choices and you missed the right one :-). Since he is talking about leasing, MF would be the money factor (interest rate / 2400).

So far the only difference seems to be the headlights that move?

Ok, but in terms of accessories, there is no other difference?

Indeed. Keep the options to a minimum (actual ones you will use most of the time... s-tronic, upgraded wheels) and you can get an S5 for a very close price to an A5-S-line. (Audi exlusive line interior) but the S5 will have the day/night powertrain among other features.
