I've seen this on my once or twice. Did the Audi Ctl + Alt + Del trick to restart the MMI and that seemed to fix it.
With the car on hold down these buttons for 5 sec.
Setup + Dial **** + Top right button next to the Dial ****
You can google "reset MMI" or "force reboot MMI" and that should get you some pics and youtube videos on how to.
