Worn Front Snub Mount?
What are the signs of a worn snub mount? (I think thats what the rubber bushing on the front of the engine is called) I was under my car today and noticed mine has cracks in it. 2005 3.2 engine, about 80k miles.

I have the same thing on mine (2005 3.2 with ~72k miles). Looks pretty easy to replace, just wasn't sure what was normal and what the effects of it being worn would be.

Snub mount is a damper that restricts movement of the engine due to torsional forces.
I would not bother replacing it unless the snub mount splits completely. The snub mount is shaped similar to mushroom and what you are seeing in the picture is the stem. The hat is inside and most likely intact, otherwise you would have serious vibration when stopped and in gear.
