I thought I was just low on fluid but nothing is coming out after refill. It is very cold here. Could melted snow freeze over openings? Anyone had this issue before?

I had the same issue last year and it turned to be a fuse to be changed.

If you guys keep blowing fuses for the washer pumps, one could be drawing to much amperage and is a sign of failure. There is also a TSB to change the washer fluid fuse to the next higher size. I cant remember if its to 20 or 25 amp.
