Question about 1987.5 Audi Coupe GT
Does anyone know what these "reflectors" are called and maybe where I can get some replacements, I have no clue where to find them due to me not knowing what the term for them is. Thanks in advanced

They're just called bumper reflectors as far as I've ever seen. Impossible to find new (or used, really), but supposedly these guys are going to start producing them:

I just did away with mine and went for the GM turn signals, which fit perfectly in the opening, though it needs some modification (either cutting the GM housings or getting rid of the bumper shocks).

These guys:
They'll look like this (you can get different styles, I've even seen smoked and totally smooth):
Part numbers are 12-1412-01 and 12-1411-01
You'll have to basically gut one side of each to make it flat enough to work with the bumper shocks. I just made new brackets and deleted the shocks.
