Bilstein PSS9 + RS4 steering wheel + Momo Tiptronic shifter installed (pics inside)
After a little shaky start, I was finally able to install these goodies on my 2004 S4.
I would like to thank Eric at SPP for the tipmod and the momo shifter.
Terry at Griffin Motorwerke in Berkeley for the PSS9s and the free steering wheel install. Great guy!
Greg (400HPA4 on audizine) for the RS4 steering wheel and the awesome customer service. I would do business with him again!

The shift **** was an easy install it took about 20 minutes. It complements the interior soooo much by getting rid of our fugly tiptronic shifter. Almost looks like the RS4 one.
The RS4 steering wheel was very easy to install just remove the old steering wheel with a Torx and a serrated 12mm wrench (maybe 10mm) and install the new one. My airbag is not working as I have yet to find a solution to connecting the yellow connector to the base of the steering column (different connector than the one we have on our three spoke wheels).

Right now I have them set at about 25'' from the floor to the fender. I have to say that I am in awe by the performance of the Bilstein COs. They aren't as harsh as the stock shocks and the car handles as though it were on rails. I have taken some turns with speeds I wouldn't have even thought about with the stock supension setup. I have the damping set at 8 all around (9 being the softest). At this setting the ride is extremely comfortable and I live in San Francisco where the streets are crap!
Imagine how it would perform at the stiffest setting. Very satisfied and cannot recommend the PSS9s enough.
One last artistic pic. Enjoy

H0T! Tho I'm surprised you can roll around SF everyday on 25"
I was around 25" and it rubbed on dips/bumps here in the south bay. Raised it about half an inch and everything is fine.
